Our video editor Radosław "MAKKU" Makuch has released a video with the best plays and individual actions which took place during ESL One Katowice 2015.

In the first major of the year, a resurgent fnatic defeated NiP 2-1 and secured $100,000 in the process.

And though the dust has long since settled on the Spodek Arena where the grand final took place, our video editor Radosław "MAKKU" Makuch has been busy crafting a frag-packed highlight reel worthy of the major itself.

The movie primarily uses in-game footage and follows a sequential format: meaning that the actions you will see begin in the first matches of the group stages, proceed through the GSL group battles that took place, and then move on into the playoffs all the way until the grand final.

The Rise of byali and snax

A feature video starring Virtus.pro's young duo of Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski and Paweł "byali" Bieliński, showcasing their quick rise to the top since the beginning of this year.

Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski and Paweł "byali" Bieliński joined the Polish team in October last year, and while in the last few months of 2013 they showcased some potential, the team and the new players still had ways to go.

But upon the turn of the year, after getting picked up by Virtus.pro, they rose to stardom at EMS One Katowice. The two 20-year-olds were among the best players of the $250,000 event, and they proved later at Copenhagen Games that it was no fluke, that they are now able to play on the same level as the very best in the game.

Moviemaker Radoslaw "MAKKU" Makuch took the time to record and edit their best actions from the first three big events of the year -- EMS One Katowice, Copenhagen Games and SLTV StarSeries IX Finals, showcasing the "The Rise of byali and Snax".
